Waena Apartments

1307 Liliha Street, Honolulu, HI 96817

If I could rate with no stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. My family and I have been living here since OCT2013 and the quality of life has gradually declined into a pile of dung. I would not recommend anyone I like to live here. I would not renew the lease again. The floor plans and pricing are so-so, but not worth the hassle of actually living here. There are screaming children and/or parties more

After searching all the "Dumps" in Waikiki for $1400 a month, we finally came across Walina Waikiki Apartments. From the start, this Management Team was AWESOME. They let me show the Apartment to friends, before moving in, and dealt with all of our silly pre-move questions. They have been working diligently to get the community upgraded and have made great progress during more

Seventeen Seventeen Ala Wai

We had a gas leak on the property 2 days ago. The leak was discovered NOT by 1717 security, which is supposed to make regular property rounds, but by someone from another building. Honolulu Fire Department came by. Not sure of cause, but residents were never even notified. Seems like safety issue. Two female security guards acted like they had never seen a propane tank more

These apartments are a total rip off, you will pay like 2000 dollars for a ------ two bedroom apartment, i mean they are spacious but EVERYTHING falls apart there are bugs everywhere (even if you are a neat freak) but thats just hawaii its like a third world country jungle scummy disgusting place. And Hawaiian electric company rips you the ---- off even more if you think you will have a more

*NOT EVEN A "PREMIER COMMUNITY" as they claimed to be* OUTDATED & EXPENSIVE (rent is $2200 with parking, 1pet, utilities --no cable). No sense of community, NO ALOHA ---nooNE in the office will help u if your car gets towed even if it's not ur fault. I could understand towing cars in guest stalls after hours, but NOT residents, who have the right to b in the property---who work more

currently living in the building I've been here one and a half years. In that time my unit has flooded 3 times and I have water running down my window as I write this, probably from the leaking AC unit upstairs. When I reported it to the staff, I was told no one was home upstairs and they didn't have any contact numbers for them. the electricity has been turning off several times this more

Ala Wai Townhouse

These are lease hold condos that are rented out. The landlord rules may vary but here was my experience. Good: People are nice. I knew most people on my floor. Tenets are quiet and the walls are thick. Trade winds come through nicely and I had a nice view. Pets are allowed! It's a good location for walking to anything in Waikiki. The on site manager was ok and doesn't put up with more

excellent breeze and quiet neighborhood. Great place to live because everything is walking distance - mall, beach, restaurants, supermarket, waikiki, park, and many more. Never have to drive anywhere. You have security and peace of mind. more

Great place but it will take forever to receive approval to move in... Most people cannot put up with the waiting list.. Rent is based on income , and you literally must wait for an existing tenant to die, or screw up and get kicked out. more

Contessa Condominium

2825 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96826

This building is conveniently located with many businesses in the area, near the bus lines, solidly built with concrete walls between neighbors so there is minimal noise unlike wood or Sheetrock. Guest parking is sufficient and more can be found on the street (metered) or nearby school grounds. There are security cameras and a guard when the day staff are off, and the place is more
