Just moved in, and the apartment is fabulous (read: VERY clean, quieter than I expected, spacious, and well kept). Parking is a problem, especially as people park in the handicap spots or in the spots with the curb cut without a permit. Outside of that, everything is great. The office staff people are incredible, and I have not found children to be unsupervised their parents are watching from balconies or from apartments with open doors. Children are abundant, but courteous. PETS ARE ACTUALLY WELCOME! No lip service, here folks. This is not the place to be if you're antisocial or aren't willing to have neighbors saying "hi" to you when you walk to your car, or kids asking you how your day was when they're out playing.
Best: Spacious apartment for a decent price.
Worst: Parking.
