Awful first impression.
I made an appointment to see a couple of their units. My husband and I get there and are treated like we're interrupting something. They didn't have any record of the appointment that I made, but the girl showed us the units. She wasn't very friendly and pretty much just opened the door and said "here it is, go look." She didn't speak one time to my husband or shake our hands or anything.
The units that we saw weren't awful, but they definitely didn't look like they were worth the price. They weren't really updated, despite the person on the phone having told me that they were completely updated. They were creaky and one of the closet doors wouldn't open because of the carpet, so when she forced it, the thing went off kilter. Not very impressive interiors. The nicest thing about both was the private patio areas.
Their pet fees/rent are rather ridiculous as well. $300 plus $20 a month for each pet. The only saving grace there is that half of the $300 is refundable.
All in all, we were not impressed. Even if we had liked the units, the attitude of the office staff would have turned us away. If they treat a potential resident like that, how do they treat the people who already live there?
