My wife and I initially enjoyed living at the Arbors. Nothing special about the place but also nothing that made it unlivable. We really only had one major problem while living there. The management had our windows replace without letting us know and so we weren't able to move the furniture away from the windows, which resulted in our desk being broken. The window guys also did not clean up after themselves, left our door unlocked, and clogged our toilet; all very unprofessional. When I contacted management they claimed they had no responsibility to let us know and what the window guys did was not their fault, just shifting blame. The real trouble happened, though, after we moved out. We moved out in July of 2012 and were told that our deposit would be in the mail after about 30 days. Fair enough. Well, after many phone calls I did not receive my deposit so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Only then did my check come in the mail (now late December of 2012) and they sent left than half what they told me it would be with no intention of ever giving me my last half of the deposit.
