I really like the community. The staff is great and they are always aware of the needs of the tenant. The neighborhood is great and very convenient for public transportation, shops and services. In addition, the management company makes sure tenants feel welcome. more

Certain things you shouldn't say before tenants. Professionalism is key. The fact that I have to enter at least 200 hundred characters or more is ridiculous. If I have little to say then let that be it. It is a waste if time. I was 5 seconds away from saying screw this survey. more

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They assisted us through the whole renting and move in process and answered all of our questions. The newly renovated apartments are extremely modern and the stainless steel is beautiful. We love the dog park! more

1225 Old Town

1225 North Wells Street, Chicago, IL 60610

We are huge fans of 1225. The location, amenities, team of doormen, and space plans are unparallel in the Old Town area. We would refer this building to anyone. The fact that we live above a grocery store is another tremendous value add that is tremendous in situations like the past few days and 19 inches of snow. more

K2 Apartments

365 North Halsted Street, Chicago, IL 60661

For a young professional new to Chicago like myself, this is the perfect place to be. Easy access to downtown, and great amenities including onsite fitness classes, a gym and a pool. Also dog friendly. I think it might be a little pricey for the square footage, and it definitely attracts a more privileged crowd, but for the most part it's a great place to start out. I'm not sure I see myself more

750 N Rush St, Chicago, IL 60611

We've lived here for about 8 months, and the experience has been great. It's in a perfect location, close to public transit and the best shopping and dining in Chicago. I never hear any noise from our neighbors (although the sirens from the nearby hospitals can be a little annoying), and the building is kept very clean and well-lit. Maintenance has fixed any minor problems either same more

Echelon at K Station

I have lived at Echelon at K Station since November 2014 and found the entire staff to be consistently friendly and professional. The building is well kept and maintained and offers a variety of useful amenities (workout room, business center, lounge with free coffee machine, etc). The building is located directly across the street from a Jewel-Osco and is within an easy walk to Ogilvie more

One East Delaware

My boyfriend and I just moved into OED and we absolutely love it. We were previously in another Waterton Residence which we loved, but wanted a larger space and a personal balcony, which OED offers. Our apartment gets so much natural light with the floor to ceiling windows and great views of the city. The buildings directly surrounding OED are in fairly good shape so they are not eye sores and more
