Unbeatable location, fabulous building
I lived at 10 W. Elm St. for 3 years (moved out in 2006). I am moving back to Chicago in 2011 and would love to live there again, if only they were dog friendly. You cannot beat the location of this building. Soā¦Ā See More >jpace_48823

3330 North Lake Shore: Best Place in Town!
Have been here 3 years and can't happier. Landlord is very friendly and attentive with maintenance problems. Most of the apartments have great views of the lake and the bus stop is right outside your door. If you see a unit available act fast becauseā¦Ā See More >goldenvanity

Best Price/Drama Free Opportunity in a Great Neighborhood.
I am a young professional and have lived in a number of places in and around Chicago. It was my mom that found 10 W Elm on Craigslist and I am blown away by the quiet and worry free life I have found inā¦Ā See More >ukigirla

Review for 1622 W. Cornelia by Central City Management
I've lived at this location for 8 months and sadly to say have to move out. Have had great experience dealing with Morrie Liebling and Shaun -- they've always been very responsive and accommodating to take care of any issues. The apartment itselfā¦Ā See More >3500npaulina

Good neighborhood and apartment
I've lived at the group's location at 3500 n paulina and it is a big upgrade in every way. The apartment is pretty cool, with a deck and dishwasher, big living room and dining room. The neighborhood is great. There are some great boutique shops,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I personally wouldn't recommend this place....
I have lived here for a few years- here is a rundown on my thoughts about this place: Positives 1) Beautiful wood floors, french doors, sconces in family room, nice tile floor in kitchen, bathroom and entry way. 2) Fairly decent storage space 3) Awesome rooftop (however, i willā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Fantastic Building...Great Management/Landlord!
I lived in 10 W. Elm for a year. I would have lived there longer but had to move to San Francisco for professional reasons. This is by far the best place that I have ever rented from. My apartment was gorgeous,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Couldn't be happier
My daughter has been living in the building for two years and I love it and she loves it. Yes, the landlord takes a very keen interest in the building and can be a little protective, but that's why it's safe, clean and well-run. If you'reā¦Ā See More >nkali3

Great Place
I have lived at 10 W. Elm St. for 2 years and I have absolutely loved it. The location is so convenient (Jewel, CVS, redline, oak st. beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, park, etc). I have hardwood floors, french doors, and views of theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Are you kidding? This is the cheapest place around, by far!!!
Okay, so the landlord has some requirements (shower curtain etc., which makes for good neighbors), but you can't beat the price!!! Nothing comes even close for what you pay and for the location. Go two block north and you're paying $200 more forā¦Ā See More >psumase

Fantastic Building & Landlord
Keep in mind that people typically only post reviews when something negative happens. My wife and I, on the other hand, have had an extremely positive experience with Central City Management for over 4 years. The location is fantastic and the building is very wellā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I loved my experience at 10 W. Elm Street
I think living there was a great deal. The location can't be beat, the rent was fair for what you get. I think Morrie is a nice guy who has alot of passion for his building and just wants to make sure everyone takes careā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I have lived in Chicago my entire life and have had many landlords. This one is by far the worst. He makes you sit down with him as you're moving in to go over the check list of items you must possess. ā¦Ā See More >d_dobalina

Central City Management is TERRIBLE!
3330 N. Lake Shore Drive is the worst looking building for blocks! It appears tired and very neglected. The grass is long and full of weeds, the lobby is filthy, there is garbage and cigarette butts surrounding the building. This building has no curb appeal dueā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not what it appears
I have live here for over 2 years. Agree with most of the comments. The landlord controls the heat in your unit not you. prepare for 64 degrees. Maintainence request go as long as 3 month prior to any action. You have to nag repeadedly.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good building, needs updating
Building is build incredibly well, I almost never notice my neighbors. Neighborhood is noisy on weekends because of the bar scene, but the building is quiet provided you live above the 5th floor.
