There is a very large percentage of section 8 tenants, frequent police visits , loud yelling in the parking lots, especially late at night on the weekends, almost every weekend. In my building alone there were 2 apartments with more than the legal amount of tenants, management didn't seem to care.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear what your neighbors are watching on TV, or listening to on the radio, if you have neighbors above you, you can hear them walking.
When you move out, and you will, expect to pay ridiculous overpriced fees for nail holes, repainting, everything under the sun. Normal wear and tear doesn't apply here. If you walk away with just losing your sec dep you will be extremely lucky. I know 2 people that moved out after not living there long at all, that got charged 1,000 and 1,600. If you can't pay that, get a good lawyer or they will sue you and trash your credit, I'm convinced they have a full legal team on retainer.
Unless you are section 8 or don't care about your credit, or have money you want to blow, do not move here, you will come to regret it.
