This place is a NIGHTMARE.
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE for a list of reasons. We were told that our carpets would be shampooed before we moved in. We were impressed. However, when we moved in, we found that our carpet was horribly stained and turned our socks black. On top of that my young son found screws and nails of various sizes throughout the floors of the entire apartment. The walls appeared to be painted an off-white color, but I discovered that the walls were actually white and the nicotene had turned them this shade. We were furnished with dirty, dusty, torn up blinds that didn't even work for our bedrooms. The cabinet doors in the kitchen randomly fell off. Our tub and sinks were so clogged that they overflowed and lots of hair came out as well. There were mysterious marks all over our ceiling. Inside our medicine cabinet we found tons of small hair stuck in the paint. We had many problems with our central air conditioning. The lobby of the apartments is filthy (I saw someone mopping the floor one time in the entire year I lived there.) The stairs are carpeted and they are covered in hair and lint. Noise is also a big issue as people like to play extremely loud music there. The laundry room is a complete joke. The washers flood constantly and the dryers left my clothes damp. If you have a dog or cat, be prepared. You have to pay $200 per pet (nonrefundable), whether you have a puppy or a housetrained dog. Parking is a problem, as visitors usually take all of the front parking spots. I was also asked for a cigarette several times by strange men. The exterminator entered my apartment while I was getting out of the shower. Overall this is not a very safe or enjoyable place to live and there is no privacy.Share This Review
