Move in was very smooth and easy. The few things we noticed that needed fixed when we moved in were fixed that same day and have been working great ever since. The office staff has been so friendly and accommodating.

The community is well cared for. It's a small community which makes it feel home. The buildings are safe with entrance codes. The buildings are kept clean. Maintenance staff are the best. Doggy bags are provided for pet owners.

One one six is in a great walkable location. It's a quiet community and if I ever have a maintenance issue they are very quick to respond and rectify the problem. I have lived here for four years, highly recommend

Maintenance is relatively quick to respond but does a very poor job of cleaning up after themselves ever since I've moved in. Front office is very quick to respond and is courteous and understanding when I've had complaints or issues.

Love this place, their staff, their amenities, the beautiful area, we love the quality of our apartment and the access to our building. Overall everything is pretty nice and we love living here, so peaceful and quite also.

Great complex, good school district. The area is wonderful. More quiet than other apartment complexes in central carmel. The office staff is fantastic and Im thankful for such thorough, wonderful people. I hope when i meet neighbors theyre just as nice!

This is a clean community that offers lots of events that happens at the clubhouse. Just wish there was a playground closer to the complex to take my kids to, but the good thing is that the park is just 5 minutes away.
