Rather Pleasant
My stay at Linden Square was rather pleasant. I have lived at four other complexes prior to living at Linden Square and I will say this is one of the better apartments in the Indianapolis metro area. Every time a maintenance request was submitted it would be taken care of either the day of or day after the request was sent in. The only issue I had during my stay was parking. It always seemed to be a race home after work for everyone who lives in the rear of the complex in order to claim a parking spot vs. having to park on the main drive. This really wasn t an issue until halfway through my lease. Everyone I interacted with in the complex were friendly (staff, maintenance, neighbors) and never had any noise issues. Here and there I can hear kids running up and down the stairs that is outside my front door but it wasn t too much of a problem. Every time the upstairs toilet flushes I could hear the water and every now and then I could hear some popping in the wall between my bedroom and the neighbors bedroom (all of which I got use to after a few weeks, plus I m a very light sleeper). The office staff was great with answering any questions I had and was prompt when responding to emails. The rent itself ($647 including washer and dryer) was fairly high for the amount of space I had but it was close to everything I needed (work, restaurants, stores, etc). After my lease expired the rent would have been over $700 which was too high for a 1br 1ba in my opinion. But all in all this place would get a 8 on a 10 scale.Share This Review
