I am looking for an apartment in the fishers/keystone area. I have looked at almost every single one, which is quite a few. This place interested me most due to location, it's perfect. I swung by the office one day after work to get some info on the place. They had just closed not even five minutes before. I get that they were closing, but I was not at all expecting them to show me a apartment or sit down with me. I just wanted some info and planned to return. I walk in the office and the lady walks right past me and says "uh we are closed". I could not believe her attitude and that she didn't even give me the time of day. I asked just for some info, and she gave it to me but acted like I was such a bother. After that I did not plan to return, yet I did. This time it was another younger black girl, and she was even more rude. I walked in and stood there waiting, yes she saw me, for at least 5 min. She finally comes over and I tell her I wanted to see an apartment. She did not give a ---- whatsoever. We go look at the apartment and it's a mess. Kitchen is all torn apart and they had been doing some type of work so the chemical smell was so bad I couldn't help but to cough the whole time. She did not ask me any general questions you'd ask a prospective renter. I left and that was that. I would HATE to have to deal with the staff here for anything. Absolutely WORST complex in a 20 mile radius. Staff needs to learn how to do their job and realize they are the lasting impression for prospects. Rude rude rude!!
