The staff at Shady Oak Village are extremely helpful and friendly. Laura, the on site manager is an angel, and we are very lucky to have her. I love my apartment, they are well kept and the view from my living room is very nice. All in all I would recommend Shady Oak to anyone . more

Sycamore Terrace

100 Antioch Circle East, Terre Haute, IN 47803

Sycamore Terrace has been by far and away the best place I've lived. I've lived in apartment complexes in college towns in several states and none are this nice. The apartment I moved into was clean, well kept, has been very quiet even with it being near the front of the property and the pool. Even with a baby next door, I very rarely hear anything through the walls or from more

Garden Quarter Apartments

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!! The rent is way way to high for what you get. For $800 a month, you get broken door knobs, broken dishwashers, broken patio screen doors, and the best of all is the office staff. They are extremely rude and not understanding at all!! If you have a maintenance request you had better be ready to wait 2 months for it to be fixed. Just dont even call them.. more

Cobblestone Crossings

it is very overpriced for what you get. come on any given day and there will be dirty diapers, beer bottles, and cigarette boxes on the ground. people drive through here going 50 miles an hour even when theres kids out playing. you pay for the whole buildings water and split it between all the units. so basically your water bill is practically double what it should be if you live alone. theres more

Harrison West Apartments

2591 South 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47802

I lived in both one and two bedroom apartments at Harrison West between 2008-2010. The cabinetry/flooring was cheap but in good condition (didn't seem grimy or falling to pieces as I've experienced in some other places). The one bedroom had a HUGE bathroom and the space in the two bedroom was adequate. Nice closet space including outdoor closet on balcony/patio. Never really heard the more

My family rented a 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath for 14 months. We were in the Army for 21 yrs and moved a lot during our military years. V.G. Is one of the best apartments we have ever rented. If there was a maintenance issue they took care of it that day. The staff was very courteous, helpful and easy to talk with. Many couples and children walk throughout the community during the evening because its a more

THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE GREAT PAST THAT THIS IS NOT THE PLACE OF PARADISE. 1)The people who cut the grass suck. The need to edge everything 2)The apartments are outdated, meaning(no dishwasher, laundry facility sucks!!!, no 3)quarter machine and the dryers don't dry your clothes good.\ 4)THEY DO KEEP MAINTENANCE BUSY BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE CAUSE SO MUCH ---- IS ----ED more

There are many factors at play in one's life. You don't know where people come from and you don't know who they really are unless you speak to them and understand their needs and their perspective. In some cases, people have no control or are unaware of what is going on around them. With this in mind, people should really think before they do. It is never professional or mature more

Ashton Development Apartments

1897 N Hunt Rd, Terre Haute, IN 47805

RHIT alum here, lived in Ashton from Fall of 2012 until Summer 2014. The first year we first had a one bedroom loft, and the second year we moved to a two bedroom. Couldn't ask for much more from a complex; these apartments are new (we were the first people to live in our room in the new building) so the appliances are nice, everything works well, the decor is nice. Very easy to make a place more
