The rent scale that is used makes varies from one month to the next. People on fixed income will find it hard to count on renting and staying at shady oak. This is my reason for moving. I only hope they work this out before everyone leaves. David Laycock Apt. 811 more

I really like the way that they treated with the residents, and how they worked hard to make us happy and satsfaied with services provided as much as the maintenance staff as well, you will feel like being home. Also, i like the services around. more

I moved signed my lease for one of the older apartments on 3/13/15. I moved in the following Saturday. The Thurdsday after, I get home from work to discover I have no power. The office had it shut off despite it being in my name. Food went bad and I had to tote my 4 year old to my mom's since we couldn't stay there without power. They refused to reimburse me for food that had to be more

it is very overpriced for what you get. come on any given day and there will be dirty diapers, beer bottles, and cigarette boxes on the ground. people drive through here going 50 miles an hour even when theres kids out playing. you pay for the whole buildings water and split it between all the units. so basically your water bill is practically double what it should be if you live alone. theres more

I lived in both one and two bedroom apartments at Harrison West between 2008-2010. The cabinetry/flooring was cheap but in good condition (didn't seem grimy or falling to pieces as I've experienced in some other places). The one bedroom had a HUGE bathroom and the space in the two bedroom was adequate. Nice closet space including outdoor closet on balcony/patio. Never really heard the more

My family rented a 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath for 14 months. We were in the Army for 21 yrs and moved a lot during our military years. V.G. Is one of the best apartments we have ever rented. If there was a maintenance issue they took care of it that day. The staff was very courteous, helpful and easy to talk with. Many couples and children walk throughout the community during the evening because its a more

There are many factors at play in one's life. You don't know where people come from and you don't know who they really are unless you speak to them and understand their needs and their perspective. In some cases, people have no control or are unaware of what is going on around them. With this in mind, people should really think before they do. It is never professional or mature more

It is a very quiet and nice apartment complex. I just wish that the kitchens had more cabinet space and counter space. Also wish I had my own washer/dryer hookup. The apartment itself is very nice. The kitchen is redone and has new carpet in the entire place. The master bedroom is very large. The place is total electric so rent plus utilities is pretty cheap for a 2 bedroom place. I would more
