They won't allow grab bars to be installed even though they claim to be Ada compliant office management is the worst I will never recommend this place to anyone and will be counting the days till my lease ends

We love the Lenexa community, but park edge has went way down since we moved here. It used to be kept up very nice and management was always on top of maintenance and trash and dog poop. Not so much now.

Great community feel. It is safe, clean and a fantastic location to shops,food and entertainment. Maintenance is done within 48 hours and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Year round pool is a definite plus.

This is an excellent Apartment complex to live in and the people that work here here are very friendly and very helpful. It's also an excellent value. I love it that they pick up my trash 5 days a week At my front door.

I like a lot about the community! I'm not a fan of the new stairs because it's so loud when people come down them. I wish we had an off leash area for dogs. The garden works but now people are going to start planting.

Has been a positive experience. Staff have been responsive when needed. No problems with pests due to consistent control schedule. Safety measures are good as well (fire alarm testing, smoke detector testing etc.).

Everyone has been very friendly, Office personal and maintenance have always been very helpful. Snow removal very soon after it has quit snowing. Trash as picked up on time. Have no complaints, The office always has special activities. .

upon rental all grounds.; apartments & buildings were well kept, flowers/trees pretty. support staff of 6-8 capable, savy. have had 4 or more apartment managers, now down to3 maintenance staff. pathetic

It's an apartment. The maintenance is timely. The rent gets increased every now and then. 24/7 hour pool is a plus. The appliances are kinda mid but that's to be expected. It's better than other places.

In my five years at Park Edge I enjoyed the quiet most of all. I never had any trouble with neighbors. The staff was always kind, friendly and willing to help. The property is conveniently placed close to the highway and park!
