I usually don't put much stock in these reviews-but after reading through most of them and looking at the overall rating of 2 out of 100 people recommend living here, I will bite. First of all, I remember when this place was new. NICE pool. Fantastic clubhouse and friendly management. My kid was looking for his first place on his own, and this is where he landed. When he moved out-he did not expect to get his deposit back-(as you can imagine him and his buddies had a few parties there) as there was a bit of wear and tear...however, what they decided to do instead is send him into collections. This seems to be their overall theme with just about everybody-despite whether or not people leave the place in good shape or not. I would think that being able to keep someone's full deposit would or should be more than enough to slap some new paint on the walls and even replace the carpet. They should be ashamed of themselves in the way they treat their tenants-who, OBVIOUSLY make the owner of this place a very rich man every month and than some. Ridiculous! It should be illegal what they do to hard working people who cant afford to just go buy their own apartment complex.
