I lived in Patchen Place for about 3 years and I could not have been happier. The management was great overall; however, there was a manager that worked the office for a short time that lacked good customer service skills. As with any apartment complex there were times when maintenance ran a little behind, but also managed to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The area is fabulous and well kept. I have lived in several different complexes in Lexington and Patchen Place was the only complex that actually tried to organize resident functions and implement community building experiences.
