I've lived in some really nice and expensive communities with lots of great ammenities & features...but none of them have ever felt like home. Lets be honest, Raintree isn't the nicest place to live, but for what you'll pay its more than decent enough.

The staff have always been helpful & professional whenever I've had to interact with them. The maintenance men have fixed every problem within 24 hours of it being reported. Parking isn't always a problem unless its really late at night, but thats to be expected for any apartment complex.

As for the apartment, there are some stains on the carpet (but aren't terribly obvious), as well as the ceiling is peeling in the bathroom a bit. The appliances are old but work with no problems. I really like the location of my apartment because its fairly quiet with the exception of my noisy neighbors (I've heard them having sex before, that should make for an uncomfortable introduction one day!)

Overall, this apartment complex offers a home at a reasonable cost. If you're professional with the office staff they'll be professional in return. The maintenance men fix things very quickly & do it right the first time. The neighbors I've met seem friendly. Its not perfect, but its home.
