Moved in not long ago. They're OK so far, but I'm not entirely sure if they listen to their tenants. They use a lot of strange wording and give vague information so they can pull the wool over your eyes. Looks, too, like they might be slow to tend to issues. We'll see. I do like them, though. They're down to earth, but not artificially nice.
We've seen a few bugs but we're on the ground floor, and often in apartments the bugs move out once you move in. See too many more and I'm gonna need them to send in an exterminator, though. For now, that's what RAID is for.
On-site laundry is nice. Just wish our unit had a washer and dryer hookup -- or, rather, if those who didn't paid less (I feel slighted in that regard).
The apartments are spacious and well-priced for what you get. Would be nice if they didn't charge you for water (or if they'd just tell you the apartment is $40 more expensive than advertised) instead of kind of sneaking it into costs. That's weird.
Let me stop glazing over the pluses, though:
Dishwasher. Patio. Doorbell. Tons of closet space. Neighbors appear to mind their business. Great location. Lots of parking. No excessive noise. A lot of outlets. Those in management, however a bit inattentive, do not bother you. At all. That's important.
Beyond that, I'm not exactly sure what people are expecting. It's an apartment. It's relatively clean, relatively quiet, relatively awesome, but can have its negatives. This is how apartments are, unless you're prepared to dish out two grand per month.
I'll update in some months if I no longer feel this way.
