All the bad things the other reviews have said are true. It appears nice on the outside and the size of the apartment is enticing, but once inside there is a lot to be desired. The hallways stink as well as the apartment smelling old. Balcony´s are cluttered and trash is left on the ground. People are supposed to pick up after their animals, but there are several who don´t including a former apartment manager who I saw several times walking her dog with nothing to pick up after it. Parking is horrible. Stalled cars sit for months at a time in the parking places close the the buildings leaving a hike just to get to the building, not to mention some apartments where there are many times that 5 or 6 cars will be parked in resident parking all weekend long. Not to mention the sheriffs seen serving warrants at least once a week. This truly is the ------. The pool was closed in august for the remainder of the year because there was no lifegard. However, we could drive down the street to use another apartment complex´s pool. If I wanted to drive to a pool, it sure would be an apartment´s I would go to a country club. This is one reason I moved here. I sure didn´t think the management wouldn´t make the extra effort to staff the pool or even swim at your own risk. It is also very poorly insulated. My electric bill from may-october was on the average $150. I only cool the house to 72 degrees which isn´t un normal. I only have 3 months left on my lease and have found that for the money I pay I can find something newer and about the same size for just a little more money which I feel will be very well spent. It´s tempting to pay the penalty and get out ASAP. This place sucks!!!
