The Kensington

665 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02116

04/23/15 by TDM:
I recently moved into The Kensington at 665 Washington st after looking at about 20 places over 2 months. I decided to go with a penthouse unit, not based on the quality of the property but on the quality of the staff! I would honestly have to say this is the best staff in Boston and I have lived at some pretty high-end properties in town. From the moment you move in the doormen and concierge know more

50 West Broadway

50 West Broadway, Boston, MA 02127

I moved in the day that the apartment building opened. It is a great location, with so many new restaurants opening up nearby. Also, right across from the T, but very easy access to both 90 and 93. With a parking garage, you don't have to worry about finding parking during winter snow storms (which can be insanely challenging in Southie). I think the one drawback is that there is so much new more

A very nice place to live - good facilities, including laundry in the building. Everything is well-maintained by the responsive and respectful staff. Neighbors are friendly, but not OVERLY friendly, if you know what I mean. We've been very happy, if a little tight on cash more

The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf

530 Atlantic Avenue, Boston, MA 02110

12/07/14 by anonymous:
Have lived here for over 18 mths and love it. The apartment construction is solid with very little noise heard from neighbors, the fixtures and fittings are of good quality and well-maintained, facilities are generally good, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beaten. It is a dog-friendly building but, as a non-dog owner and sensitive to this issue, we find more

315 on A Luxury Apartments

315 A St, Boston, MA 02210

05/16/15 by anonymous:
The apartment was welcoming and warm when I first came to visit the place back in October. It's about 10 min walk from south station. Other than the proximity to south station and area close by there is nothing after 6 PM around the building. From the time I first visited to now, there have been many changes with the new management and a lot of the residents feel the "luxury" more

Greenhouse Apartments

150 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02115

01/22/15 by andrewfu:
As a current resident of Greenhouse Apartments I'm very happy with the apartment. It was fully refurbished, cleaned, and new carpet had been laid down when we first arrived. All the appliances worked well and both laundry and trash were steps from my door (SO much easier than having to a different floor or even building, esp. for laundry). Other amenities include 24-hr concierge, which is more

I,ve been here 20 years and feel very comfortable here. It,s quiet, and the people I know are very nice. However, I wish the ground's had more color. It was so beautiful here when we had flowering tree's and shrubs. Now it is so blah. It's not pretty anymore. more

Harbor Point Apartments

24 Oyster Bay Road, Boston, MA 02125

05/05/15 by WenqiZuo:
I have been living in Harbor Point since September 2014 and my roommates have been here for over three years. It's an adorable place to live and study. The gym is so important to me that I usually go three to four times a week. The sea view is amazing that is perfect for a walking or jogging early morning or late afternoon. There are a shop and a small Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. more

The Peninsula

401 Mount Vernon Street, Boston, MA 02125

02/21/15 by Vineeta Sharma:
We moved here last summer and have loved it so far! Considering we had to move with a child we were looking for a safe, clean and a well kept apartment building and I'm happy to say that the peninsula did not disappoint us. The apartments including the appliances are in excellent condition and the pool and the gym are well maintained too! The management is courteous and prompt too! Our washer more

Park Lane Seaport

One Park Lane, Boston, MA 02210

Be careful of sudden significant rent increases from year to year! The apartment building is currently being renovated unit by unit as leases and ending, however, tenants must pay for their own move and the increase is rent is well over several hundred dollars so beware. more
