I've lived at CCP for 3 years and would overall recommend it. My apartment was newly renovated before moving in and the two-bedroom units are very good sized. The maintenance staff is top notch and will fix any issues usually same-day or within 24 hours. It is also convenient to have a laundry room and a gym on-site, and there is a common room and deck on the 5th floor that provides a spectacular view of the harbor and downtown. The location in the Waterfront/North end is the best.
Although younger professionals are beginning to move in, it is definitely an older community that most people in the area still think is a retirement home. This can start to wear on you after a while, and the building itself needs to be upgraded (new carpets, updated common area, gym, etc.). With yearly price increases, it's still a great place to live, but certainly not the deal that it was 3 years ago as prices are now comparable to other renovated units in the North End area.
