        Thank you so much for your feedback we value all the reviews we receive and work hard to earn our stars. I believe I know what building you are referring to as there is one machine that had over heated due to a resident overloading it. We contacted the company that owns and is responsible for repairing the machine and an out of order sign was placed on it at the time of the incident. We are currently waiting for the machine to be replaced. As with many other appliances and parts they are experiencing shipping delays resulting from the pandemic and it is on back order. We do not have any further information to update our residents with until the new machine is in stock, and they replace it. We will replace the out of order sign immediately. If you contact the office we can try to find another building you can utilize. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the plugs in the apartment. The plugs in your bedroom and living room are designed to work from the switch as the apartments were not built with overhead lighting in all the rooms. If the top plug turns off with the switch, then the bottom plug will shouldn't and vice versa. Give that a try and see if it helps. We would be happy to send one of our service team members over to double check any plug or drain you feel is not working properly. Please call the office to place your service request or enter it online through our portal. We are happy to address anything that is brought to our attention. You mentioned that we have police or medical presence often and that is common with over 400 homes located closely together, it is our understanding that the police are required to respond whenever there is a medical call. Additionally, please let us know who you are not picking up after their animals or who has been found fighting in the parking lot as we would not want to tolerate this type of behavior.           We appreciate the opportunity to hear your opinions. Online reviews are important to us, and we read every one. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your experience living here. Our service team addresses all work orders that are submitted with in 24-48 hours provided it can be handled without an outside contractor, I would be happy to look into the work order you are referring to so we can address it further. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. It sounds like you had some damages upon move out. Residents are responsible to return the apartment in the condition in which they received it minus normal wear and tear. We do photograph all damages and have them available for your review, additionally carpeting that is damaged is prorated based on the day it was installed and it's life expectancy. We are a pet friendly community but pride ourselves in making sure all pet owners follow the community guidelines, we also have pet pick up stations throughout our community, in addition to a DNA program where we can test a sample and hold the owners accountable. We do follow all state and local guidelines for occupancy standards, we are unaware of any residents that maybe in violation of their lease agreement and would follow up immediately. During pool season we have a Lifeguards whom oversee the safety and wellbeing of swimmers. We are unaware of any violations that occurred in the pool area. Additionally, our community is a smoke free community and we will follow up on any reported violations. You are welcome to add your mother's dog to your lease in order to be able to accommodate her when she is away. We do ask that all animals are approved by management as there are some breed restrictions and policies we like everyone to be aware of which is why we do not allow visiting animals. We do have some community guidelines for parking, some lots do not allow vehicles without a permit. There is however guest parking through out. We would be happy to review these areas along with the newly added parking lot with you. Vehicles should not be towed without reason. If a vehicle is towed the tow company takes pictures of the vehicle prior. I would be happy to contact the tow company on your behalf and discuss this further. Please feel free to swing by the office. We do not allow smoking here so if you have informed us that one of your neighbors is smoking we would have followed up with them with appropriate action. If it is continuing I encourage you to contact us again so we can address it for you. Additionally, if you are experiencing your smoke detectors are going off when your neighbor smokes I would absolutely want our service team to complete a inspection of your smoke detectors and your apartment. We mail letters to each resident stating not to leave keys in the apartment as we do have a large property, and without being notified we would have no way of knowing the keys were left behind. I apologize if this was not communicated We do our best to let residents know they areAlso are responsible for picking up after their pets, however residents can always let us know if they see a concentration of pet waste in one area and our team will address it. Additionally, we are not able to guarantee safety, and ask that residents call the police if they ever see any suspicious or illegal activity. If we are notified repeatedly of bothersome neighbors, we can issue lease violations if appropriate. I am sorry you chose to leave, and I would be happy to work through these issues with you.
