My family and I have lived here for three years now and ever since the new management company has taken over, we have seriously considered moving and now we are. The prior management company had monthly activities for all residents posted in the elevators including as stated on previous posts, movie nights, afternoon activities for families with young children, aerobic classes to name a few. This new company has no desire to continue these activities which made Granada stick out from the numerous other apartment communities to choose from. Why pay more for Granada when there are no other perks? The on site manager, Stephanie can be rude to the residents and has little desire to make the residents feel at home.
To speak on the maintenance of the property, numerous time my ceiling has leaked due to the residents above me. When it rained and there is a slight wind, the ceiling leaked and my furniture had to be moved in order not to get soaked. The maintenance staff is only interested in putting band-aids on problems only to recur over and over again. The snow was a BIG problem this winter season. The parking lots were NOT cleared in a timely manner and not done well at all.
We are not renewing our lease. I suggest checking out the new neighboring apartment communities.
