The so called management (i would rather call them mis-management) is the pits,
Think about this, i requested a copy of my lease papers when i moved in on setember 1st. Just a copy for my records. On October 11th, i had still not received them, inspite of calling the management office atleast 7 times, sending them three letters requesting the copy of the lease papers, there was absolutely no communication from them even once.
This is absolutely ridiculous as per any standards, i think they dont care about their tenants and their own image once you move in.
For them once you are signed into a lease, its over and time to trap other potential tenants.
every request for something to be fixed takes ages before its addressed. it takes atleast three to four calls before a problem is fixed.
There is one washer one dryer on each floor, atleast 9 out of the 13 floors have non - functional washers and dryers which are not fixed once they break.
I think if this continues, i will be going to the consumer protection court soon and will willingly terminate my lease.
