Worst management and maintainence . Nobody answers your requests, foul smell comes in the building. People steal ur laundry ! They can't even fix a bulb in time . The washers don't work, dishwashers don't work . NOBODY takes care of the tenant problems. Not worth the rent you pay. IT's the worst management we have ever seen. more

A good place to live if you don't have a car, bus stop right across the street, commuter rail less than 1/4 mile away, elevator. Don't live here if you insist on total quiet or make noise. If you have normal hearing you will hear your neighbors' appliances as well as any running water from units above you, the doors, your upstairs neighbors walking around, etc. more

Our time at Richmond Vista was some of the worst months of our lives. I beg you not to stay here unless you have no other choice, although I may have chosen my car to living here. What started as wonderfull soon turned into hell on Earth. The off-site management team, led by Janet White, was rude and couldn't solve most of the problems posed to them. Alledgedly she is the 'puppet', of the "real owners who own lots of apartment buildings and live down in Florida." Here are some examples of how they treat their tenants: They will wait more

Richardson Ave Apartments

I felt misinformed moving into the apartment and would NOT move here if I knew what it was like! Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors most of the time. I have neighbors who play their music loudly at all hours of the day and I can hear as if it were in my own apartment. I would guess 1/3 to half the apartment is unemployed. Social services works with many tenants and I'm more

Yeah Rockledge is Awefully noisy, police are there often, tenents have parties on there balcony until early morning hours. Very hard to sleep there at night, one day I was going to my apartment and saw 4 boys one was a lookout and the other 3 was checking apartment doors, to go in and steal stuff. Alot of drug dealers, and some vadalisem. management does not care and raises the more
