Unfortunately, I can not give Longview any sort of recommendation. Although the "luxury" apartments were adequate for the price, the management of the complex was atrocious. The assistant manager Lindsay Vaughn could hardly fog a mirror and likely didn't have an IQ above room temperature. She sat around looking at the clouds all day and when asked for assistance she pointed to her superior. The manager, Erin Rodriques, was fickle and incompetent. It is imperative that you require ANY and ALL communications with her in writing because she tends to lie. Her lies are excused by passing blame (which is a common theme in this office and company) on too others. She would blame her employees, citing they didn't have the authority to make decisions or cite her superiors had her hands tied and the decisions were out of her hands. Either way, she was incapable of following through on anything that was asked of her. Her superior is Greg Marchand, who's a under educated know-it-all that likes to blame Erin and his superior for lack of production, attention, and facilitation of requests. The parking situation is a nightmare - they force you to park in separate buildings because they over book certain garages. The walls are paper thin, and the immigrant filled apartments tend to be plagued with domestic disturbances that go unchecked despite contacting the concierge or authorities. The grounds are OK, they need to hire a more competent maintenance director. The experience was so bad that i was forced to terminate my lease early and couldn't be more happy to leave.
