Thames Point Apartments

1900 Thames Street, Baltimore, MD 21231

04/01/15 by Verified Resident:
I live in the area for about 2 yrs. I like the Fells Point for a wonderful Promenade and many historic places. What makes me very sad is that the waterfront is getting severely poluted. Also, streets roads adjacent to the Thames apartments are in very poor conditions. I believe the situation will improve. more

Some stuff breaks quickly, but they are always so quick to fix it. Several times I would call the office and within 15 minutes someone is at my door. Maintenance staff are very polite, kind and honest. Gym is not that good and west side is noisy. more

I have lived in this apartment building for 7 months and it has been a great experience so far. I wanted to share some of the improvements they've made since I moved in. -When I moved in we had the option of going with either Comcast or Hotwire for cable&internet. We went with Comcast and haven't had any issues with our internet connectivity. -They recently opened a code operated more

Marylander Apartments

3501 Saint Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21218

04/04/15 by anonymous:
I have lived in the Marylander for 3 years now. Although the current renovation to the lobby is nice, they should have put that money towards fixing the broken utilities in the building. I am specifically referring to the laundry room. The washers often leak water, which leave the laundry room floor wet and dirty, and the dryers barely work. I have to pay to run a single (small to medium sized) more

Gwynnbrook Apartments (formerly Forest Heights Apartments)

OK so far, have not ended up in jail for assault yet so that's a good thing. :) Summer time is around the corner, and the true colors of the community will be shown then I am sure of it. Often times there will be a whirlwind of mail and trash out front and it is quite ugly. more

The Centerpoint

8 North Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

03/18/15 by anonymous:
I was at Centerpoint for 4 years, and loved my apartment. The maintenance staff was great and location couldn't be better (esp if you work downtown). However, the move out process was a mess. I ended up getting charged over $700 for "move out" fees, of which no one could explain where the $400 came from. The excellent customer service and communication goes down the drain once your more

Twin Ridge Apartments

1901 Snow Meadow Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209

04/17/15 by August West:
I have lived here at Twin Ridge since 2009, actually my 6 year anniversary here is coming up next week. I have lived in many apartment complexes in Baltimore County and the Cockeysville area over the last 30 years - and Twin Ridge is the best by far. In 2010, when we had back to back blizzards here over a 7 day period, the staff here kept the roads open and the lots clear as best they could. But more

Village of Pine Run

103 Village of Pine Court, Baltimore, MD 21244

03/25/15 by anonymous:
NO!! Apartment Services and Village of Pine Run does not care about their Residents. They will go off hearsay when noise complaints are being made. So if you don't want to get violated, live on the 1st floor!! Unless your neighbor understands "apartment living" there will be problems for you. The floors are thin and therefore it sounds really loud underneath, they will admit to more
