My experience here has been mostly good. Great staff. Not so great tenants. Not always neighborly, clean with regards to common areas. The gym is eh... Could be a tad nicer for the amount of rent being charged per unit considering there's no pool.
The intercom/entry phone system is still not fixed, so the building is not as secure as it should be. It's been a year and the phone system for is still not operational with the exception to dial 000 for the front desk.
