09/20/14 by HugATreeToday: I live at Briarcliff North and work the night shift. Ever since I told the office staff, they usually try to accommodate my work orders for the afternoon when I wake up. Also, their maintenance guy is really nice and always seems to get the job done. more

10/18/14 by ghajjar: Courteous staff, comfortable apartments, great landscape and perfect location. I couldn't have asked for a better place as my first place to live in alone! Cedar Run has exceeded my expectations and has made me very happy. Quality and value would be the two words to describe this property, as well as efficiency. I recommend this to everyone who asks. Good job Hendersen-Webb. more

07/31/14 by raewalkins: I've lived here for over 4 years and would still not recommend this property. The property manager is young and inexperienced and I have NEVER seen any of the management team around their property. Shutting yourself in the office all day shows how little you care about the buildings, grounds, and residents. The walls are paper thin, the halls are always musty, and they need to all be more

07/26/14 by topfieldresident: I moved into a 2 bed/2 bath unit in late summer of 2013 and will be staying another year. I reside in a spacious unit with large interior storage closets, and a stackable washer/dryer unit. Yes, the rent is higher than the complexes off of Cranbrook, but this lifestyle is the closest to living in a desirable neighborhood that I can afford at this time. There is plenty of outdoor space for kids and more
