Like everyone else here says, avoid this place. Eaves tries to squeeze every penny out of its residents, and the rents are high for what you get. Don't be fooled by the base rent quote you see on their lease; Eaves adds in many hidden fees that amount to about $30-40 each month in addition to your rent - which doesn't even include the electricity and internet bill, which you get billed for separately. Their so called monthly "statements" just list indecipherable fees for this or that that aren't clear, and management cannot explain what they are for. The apartments are cheaply constructed. A small one-bedroom here will run you about $1,400 or more when you tack on all the fees - which is about $300 a month overpriced.
Also - BE FOREWARNED - once you sign the lease, Eaves offers no penalty fee option to leave early - they will simply file a court action against you and obtain a judgment for the full amount of the rent you still owe on the lease. Many property management communities in the area allow their tenants to break a lease early with a one-month's rent penalty. This reason alone is reason enough not to live here. If your situation changes, you are stuck, and Eaves is just waiting to file an action against you in court.
