It's not all that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved here almost two years ago and at first it seemed to be a nice place to live. Washer and dryer, wall to wall carpeting, dishwasher yeah yeah yeah!!! The security door is cool yet it does not prevent people hanging in your hallway. The neighbors are spoiled fake uppity as if they live in Upper Marlboro ( and trust that you better not count on anyone if you have a flat tire or need help getting into your building if you have misplaced a key or if you are like a neighbor of mine get you windows busted out 5am) Management is okay yet nothing is ever their fault as if the shifting lock on the main entrance is your fault and let's not start on the square footage because if you have a family with more than ten out fits per person, you have to buy storage bins to keep your clothes in.The entrance to the apartment is so small that if you have an average sized couch or if you are like me and purchase a huge comfy couch then don't expect to get it through the front door just by simply taking the legs off! Personally, I don't like the apartment because the parking policy used to be good now it has become petty when visitors can not park (with permit mind you) between 6pm and 10pm yet the visitors can park any other time(now how many friends come to visit you after 10pm) Maybe since I came from the hood expecting a better place to live I am a bit disappointed but know that if you are looking for a place for your children to be comfortable, if you are looking for walk in closets and a living room where you can put furniture, if you are looking for management who fix instead of bandage a problem then maybe Parland Village is not for you!!!!!Share This Review
