It seems like you have to come apt. Ratings to get a response from management. Did anybody notice that we have a new property manager? I guess she is supposed to fix up the previous managers mess. Every since Gates and Hudson took over all they do is switch managers.
For those looking, don't be fooled by how the grounds in front of the rental office looks. And don't be fooled by the decor of the rental office, because your apt. Will look nothing like that.
They have money to fool people and to get in new people to pay this high rent with new utilities and maybe act like they care for a few months, then it's back to money making schemes that go into our rent.
I tried to call Gates and Hudson personally. I tried to reach the regional who always respond. No answer, but her replies please call. My neighbor had the same issue and talked and emailed her, and of course the standard answer is please call we can discuss.
I looked at the prices for these apts yesterday for remodeled apts, and I'm paying the same rent, but can't get these patch up jobs fixed and new appliances that been here since the property was built. They only get in gear when they have an inspection. It would be nice if upper management can take some time from their cushy offices in VA and actually talk to the residents who pay your check. I see money was in your budget after I complained about new appliances before you renovated the office to deceive prospective residence. This property to me is still good, but lets see how long that last under a new manager.
Where is the security? Where are the cleaning people?
