Not a nightmare, but there are some unpleasant occurences
I moved here in June of 2008. Initially there was a constant problem with noise and disruptive, violent behavior from my next door neighbors. It took place daily, always after 2:00AM. I tried to complain via telephone but was told by Penny that I could only be heard through a formal letter. I wrote one, two, three letters, and continued to call the police on them, (especially when the violence turned bloddy), until they were finally asked to leave. Since they've moved out, the only problem I have is the staff in the office. The girls who help you out in the beginning are way cool. It's the ------- who collect rental payments that lack customer service. Specifically, Jamilah and Grenanda have nasty attitudes more often than not. If you are in the business of dealing with people, then you should have extensive customer service training in order to at least be equipped to put up a facade of friendliness which is definitley lacking. Finally, the cost of the rent keeps going up, and up, and up. It's not exactly affordable. You may as well buy a condo or a townhome. because you're paying a mortgage at The Seasons. I can not wait until I buy my own home so I don't have to deal with rude office staff, jacked up heating bills, messed up air/heating system, the dog mess all over my walkway, the children playing in the middle of the street with attitudes like you shouldn't be there with your car, instead of them with their football, (isn't there a park nearby or something?), and all of this for soooo much money!Share This Review
