As a contractor I travel and have the need to stay in APT s from time to time
RED RUN is a nice please to live, ,, but as others have stated the grounds are
not kept in the best shape, MANY disabled cars in the lots so parking is an issue.
One section is very old and needs repair and paint. Prices are high for what you
Get, and at times it is hard to reach people in the office either they are out or just
too busy to hear the issues. Many people park in the streets again because of the
parking issues. My APT was clean when I moved it, would have liked to have a
larger one, but these are not very large even with loft apt is small, VERY little
storage are s in the APT s, or NONE, so bring only what you re going to use

Red Run Apartments
Dear Resident,
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your experience at Red Run. Many improvements have been made over the last 5 years involving exterior enhancements as well as a renovation program to focus on the apartment interiors in the initial phase of the property. Some of the property enhancements include repainting buildings and signage in Phase I, installing new property signage throughout, renovating the clubhouse and fitness center, upgrading existing pool furniture, roof replacements in Phase I, dumpster enclosure repairs and painting throughout the entire property, exterior painting in Phase II, new hallway carpet in Phase II, and new elevator floors and ceilings in Phase II. The renovation program in Phase I consists of new cabinets, countertops, kitchen appliances, flooring, bathroom vanities, and two-tone premium paint. If you are interested in discussing any of your concerns, please feel free to contact me in the Leasing Office at (410) 363-2105 at your convenience. Again, thank you for your review. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Blake Nicholson
