I love my apartment! It's spacious, bright, and roomy enough. The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance guys are great. They treat you like family. The grounds are kept very clean and the noise level is fine. I use the pool all summer and enjoy walks through the park like setting. more

It's a nice place to live. Overall very quiet and safe. Only problem is the barking dogs. Management is friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is very safe with ample street lighting at night. It's tuckered away in a neighborhood away from the main street to prevent traffic noise but still close enough to stores for easy access to groceries. more

Overall the place is an okay place to live in for anyone really. I've had little to no issues with the actual staff who seem to be nice other than the maintenance which seem to ....daft to be nice about it. I don't find it acceptable that maintenance like to knock for probably 2 seconds before they decide to just unlock your door and walk in. I've actually had an incident when I was more

I love it here so far! But I did get upset when maintenance was supposed to come and didn't show or call. That is bad business and inconsiderate of our time since I have a dog that is never crated. The people that just moved out left a puppy pad in the hall!!!!! more

I moved into Tall Oaks on 10/31/2014 and have been here a month. Positives: * The location is ideal. You are geographically placed where groceries, multiple malls, gyms, restaurants, and activities are within a 15-20 minute drive. Also, once you know the area, it's easy to avoid major thoroughfares to get there. You are also close to Northern Pkwy which can get you across the city more

No...No...No!!!! This has been the worst apartment experience ever! The people in the business office are extremely rude and nasty. They do not do their jobs, other than continuously creating threatening notices is your rent is late. They hardly answer the phones and each time you go into the office you ate faced with unprofessional bitter old women. The model apartment is nice... But the more
