I moved in last week and so far, I am not very happy. The showerhead soaked the entire bathroom and had to be replaced the first day (maintenance did come quickly, so I commend them for that). My washing machine has stopped working as of the third day and I am currently waiting on repair. There was a strong smell of burning coming from the dishwasher AND the washer. The dumping/trash area is a more

Overall, it's been great. I'd just like to see the dryer issue fully resolved. The issues with the pipes has been somewhat challenging as well, as repairs are being made on a weekly basis. The office staff (Gail) always provides excellent service. more

I am not very happy with the management at this complex. Maintenance seems incompetent. No one responds to my request. There was a gas leak in my apartment and no one came out. My bathroom sink does not drain and now my shower is starting to back up. Maintenance is horrorible and believed a plunger would fix the back up. more

It's a nice place to live. Overall very quiet and safe. Only problem is the barking dogs. Management is friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is very safe with ample street lighting at night. It's tuckered away in a neighborhood away from the main street to prevent traffic noise but still close enough to stores for easy access to groceries. more

Just moved in but so far I really love my place. I have an updated unit and I love everything about the black appliances and the breakfast bar. I love the large closet space , especially what a girl needs. The apt. Is very roomy. It has big beautiful windows. The staff here is very professional, nice and straight forward and get you in a place in no time. I'm in love with my place and the more

I have been living at Clearsprings Townhomes since 2013, I feel like we live in the house that Jake Built. When stuff brings maintenance is normally on time with fixing the problem, these are some things we have had happen: our steps to up stairs come apart from the wall, the floor up stairs was very weak and sinking, our toilet system is horrible (always over flowing- one toilet was replaced), more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!Very unprofessional and ghetto. The most polite people I met work on the leasing side. They make you believe and think that this is such a great community to live in and that everyone you will deal with will be as pleasant and polite as they we're. Boy was I wrong. The rental office is extremely ghetto and lazy. They never open on time and when they do they never answer more
