I've been having issue with Northwest Crossing for quite sometime. When Morgan Properties first took over I was excited because I had heard nothing but great things. Once I saw how Morgan Properties operates I quickly became disappointed & regretted signing my lease. If you can speak with Travis about ANY & EVERYTHING you'll have a great experience but the minute you speak with Keyarey or the other leasing agent (a woman) the experience will go COMPLETELY DOWN HILL!!! It seems that Travis is the only one who has great customer service. Keyarey seems to care less about the issues residents face & is NEVER empathetic or sympathetic. These are two qualities he needs to learn & fast. The female leasing agent is a bit rude. I put in a maitenance request with Keyarey & when it wasn't completed & I went back to him to address the issue he seemed to not care. I had to tell him to redo the ticket (who's the leasing agent here?). After the issue still wasn't resolved I went to Travis & the issue was resolved. It's a whole lot more that is frustrating when it comes to this complex. After yesterday's issue (9/11/13) of coming home to a building with no running water or power I'm seriously thinking about breaking my lease. Instead of receiving a phone call or email informing the residents they place a memo on the glass nearly 2 almost 3 hrs after I got home. I contacted the leasing office & spoke with Keyarey, big mistake, & when I asked him what happened he wasn't knowledgeable at all & when I asked if any accomodations would be made he told me that I could go to a friend's house. I then asked if the model apartment could be used. He said he though so but never placed me on hold to check. The lack of customer service that he has is the worst by far. Please rethink this apartment complex or any of Morgan Properties apartments. Check your area the people who spoke highly of Morgan Properties where living in an extremely nice area paying $1500 monthly. Now the area tht this is in isn't the best & it isn't the worst but the rent is much lower $700-$110. Maybe they don't feel as though the area is worth as much as the $1500 area

It started off HORRIBLE but once Michael came he seemed to just have a true genuine care for the tenants. Michael is no longer working at this particular location (Northwest Crossings). Travis to me has picked up where Michael left off. Things are not perfect but they are getting much better.
