It's not always the management's fault!!
I agree that there are still improvements to be made, but they are being done. However, management can only do so much when you have disguisting and inconsiderate residents. The residents are the ones who throw the trash all over the place, prop the front and back doors open, spill crap on the carpet and disturb you in your apt with their loud mouths and music. It is illegal to refuse someone from living somewhere because management thinks that they are "------"; like some people have been suggesting. If they can pay the rent, make enough money and have good credit, guess what, they can live here too. I have found that the office is very attentive to my needs and requests and are always willing to answer any questions I may have; They are very friendly. Instead of bashing the place and stepping over the trash, stop in the office to let them know, because hosekeeping is working on each floor one at a time and they can't be here 24hrs. It's everyone's responsibility, residents and management, to maintain the upkeep of the apartment.Share This Review
