Staff members are courteous and professional. Hardly do we experience power outages in inclement weather and kudos to Grady. Community is generally tidy. One area that requires improvement is the scheduling of external contractors.

I'm not satisfied on all board, meaning there are still works to be done, but the apartment is overall acceptable. And I hope as soon as the works( repairs) are done the apartment will be more enjoyable.

In the beginning a little Rocky but overall decent. Not enough visitor parking if you ask me. Not too much hanging out around the property and at times there is a police car sitting in the parking lot.

Overall a friendly community. The parking could be better as far as when guest visit. More visitors spots should be here. I also like how the school bus picks my child up from the lot. 6.5 out of 10 here.

When I moved in to the apartment there were some maintenance requests that needed to be taken care of. I notified the leasing office all items that needed fixing and almost all of them were taken care of in a timely way. Thank you for that.

White oak apartments is a great place to reside it is save and very close to the Shopping Centre very affordable, good staff mismanagement, reliable at all times.i can recommend this residential area to family people and singles due to the space.
