Perfect home if you don't have a need for closet space, have no problem with roaches, don't mind the occasional flooding, and don't mind the loss of Ride On service inside the complex due to a pothole.

I have had to contact the concierge several times for several reasons since I moved in in September. They have always exhibited stellar behavior, whether contact was via telephone or in person. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
I believe the maintenance crew could benefit from help and a little more expertise, so that jobs can be completed effectively the first time around.
