Resident 2009 - 2011

redbank is almost as sketchy as the company that owns it!

If you want to spend way too much money on an apartment that is kept to a minimum standard then this is the place for you. Try their heating system comparable to same "miller" hot air blowers you find in a single wide trailer from the 1980's. There is nothing energy efficient about it. Then you can add the lack of insulation in the 2x4 wall construction. Even the apartments with "blown in insulation" will not compare to a more modern apartment complex with either heat included or a more economical heating system. Dont be fooled with the added "basement" feature. These basement WILL leak and some may possibly even flood. Most of the 3 bedroom apartments are being rented to low income housing or Section 8 housing; including the max number of occupants (aka: kids) which equal stomping, screaming, trash and toys in your yard and or college kids and parties. The company really does lack any interest in making your stay there enjoyable or "home-like." You could end up living next door to a drug dealer and you will just have to deal with it or move out because they arent going to do anything about it.
