Knollwood Place

2770 Pine Knoll Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326

I lived in Knollwood Place (Conventry - 2Bed, 2Bath) for almost 9 months till I moved out in May 2014 due to job transfer. I have stayed in couple of other apartments in the area and I would give the highest rating to Knollwood. The rooms are a bit smaller and so as the apartment unit, but if you are happy with it, don't worry about anything else. The staff members, Ken & Dan, are prompt and more

This is a good place to live in the area, if you have budget restrictions for paying monthly rent and you don't need the security deposit back. I stayed here for 2.5 years and I had to pay $600 (in addition to security deposit) as carpet replacement cost. The carpet was too old when I started my stay and i did a professional cleaning after 1 year (as per the lease agreement). I couldn't more

I had planned on stopping in and taking a look at these apartments....but based on all of the comment REPLIES from management....which are clearly too unprofessional for my liking....I think I will just look elsewhere. And this is my personal opinion in which I am entitled to...so there should be NO response from management. Or at least not one that would help your company. more

I was a resident there for sometime. At first service was really great. Only in last year or so has it gotten bad. It seemed to me that all efforts were going into the remodeling while existing tenants were left high and dry about maintenance issues. Also, for the rent you pay, the service IS NOT and NO LONGER acceptable or anywhere near luxury standards. It definitely has gone down hill. more

My husband and I have been living in apartments for over 6 years, but have never lived anywhere like this. We moved into Lake Village in June due to job relocation and wanting a bigger place. Not even 6 months later we are about to shell out $3,000+ to break our lease - that is how bad this place is. Before moving in we read the reviews on this website and confronted the office staff regarding more

Very professional staff! People in the office are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. I commend the maintenance guy, Greg, on the quality of his work and reactivity. The after hours maintenance is also well organized, friendly and very professional. The payment system is very easy to use, I recommend Auto pay, it's no hassle and no surprise. The place is always quiet and clean. more

Countryside Townhouses has been a pretty good experience for my husband and myself. We moved in last year and the only major complaint that we have is noise from the neighbors (which was quickly resolved). Every time we've called for maintenance work, they've been prompt in response and often fixed the issue within 24 hours. The grounds are pretty well maintained and they are more

Overall I would say living here is okay until recently. They just promoted a new manager..I do believe her name is Jennifer and she is beyond terrible. I don't understand why a company would hire a manager that has no people skills. She doesn't want to help you in any way. The only way she "helps" is by repeating the same idiodic information over and over, thinking she is more

Bloomfield Square Apartments

3161 Bloomfield Lane, Auburn Hills, MI 48326

Apartments are old & noise from next door neighbor can be head very easily. Still requires check for rent , no credit card accepted. Lot of window leaks as they are very very old & maintenance won't do any thing as it cost lots of money. During winter season, you would have to keep your thermostat at 80 degree to stay warm inside the house. more
