Renaissance City Apartments

555 Brush Street, Detroit, MI 48226

09/29/14 by anonymous:
I have lived at Renaissance City now for a little over a year. Because I work in the Renaissance Center my commute is approximately 8-10 minutes after I leave the apartment. The main reason I moved here! No longer will I have to wake up, clean my car off, heat it up, drive through an ice storm, just to get to work. VERY convenient. Not to mention the people mover stopping in my building is a more

Detroit City Apartments (Formerly Washington Square Apartments)

1431 Washington Boulevard, Detroit, MI 48226

I lived at Detroit City Apartments (DCA) from October 2013 through November 2014. I had a great experience. The rent was affordable and the staff was responsive, friendly, and pragmatic. If not for purchasing a house, I would have continued to rent from DCA indefinitely. On a final note, the property manager, Kristen, was readily available and was always genuinely interested in the well being of more

Cadillac Square Apartments

111 Cadillac Square, Detroit, MI 48226

I lived here for two years and recently witnessed a shootout across the street which was allegedly gang related, the hallways smell of urine, depression, smoke, and disappointment which comes from the incompetent management. Also, there has been a recent bed bug infestation which the incompetent "security" stated earlier. Security is non-existent , more like women that cant press a more

River Place Apartments

500 River Place, Detroit, MI 48207

01/26/15 by Verified Resident:
We have only been in our apartment for three weeks now, but it has been terrific. The staff is accommodating and the premises are always very clean. The units are nearby to great restaurants and nightlife. We are especially looking forward to warmer weather when we are able to walk/bike on the Riverfront boardwalk. We would definitely recommend to a friend. more

Town Apartments and Suites

1511 First Street, Detroit, MI 48226

First off let me state that when My boyfriend and I moved downtown and into Town Apartments we knew that they were in the middle of redoing the apartments and that they were going to be rough looking for awhile. We have only lived here since the beginning of May 2014. It's now the 7th of July 2014 and I'm horrified with the way things have been going this last week and a day... Here are more

Riverfront Apartments

The management staff of the Riverfront Apartments are nothing short than Grade A Unprofessional. I would really like to know the Credentials of ------------------------------. I would really be surprised if these two women have more than a "GED" level of educational. HoW in the world were these two entrusted with such a beautiful piece of property in the heart of a city which has more

The Windsor Towers

1600 Antietam Avenue, Detroit, MI 48207

07/04/14 by bbb321:
This is the worst apartment complex I've had the misfortune of living in. The staff responds extremely slowly to maintenance requests, the elevators frequently don't work, the heating and air conditioning is dodgy at best, and the building's structural necessities (lighting, plumbing, etc.) are the worst. I haven't had air conditioning for the past year. Stay away from here, more

Alden Park Towers

8100 East Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, MI 48214

01/06/15 by flyiingsparrow:
Alden Park Towers used to be a good place to live. There was plenty of parking for tenants and their guests. They have since cut that down to eight guest parking spaces. If guest parking is full, your guest has to park on the street or pay to valet their car for the night. Tenants have to pay for their parking. When I first lived here it was $25 for the lot. They raised it to $50 and raised it more
