Love this place. Wish I would have known about it sooner than later. Really nice to be right at the river walk. Nice bike trail also.the lightning in these places are wonderful I love natural lightning. Having a washer and dryer was a deal breaker for me. more

Worst year and two months. The staff in the leasing office is rude and are not people friendly with the exception of 1 lady. I've called corporate on more than 1 occasion. I made a complaint against my neighbor and it seem as though they did not care. I called plenty of times about the rodents i've seen outside and they were supposed to come put traps down but never did. I witness more

Including problems of constant water shut off and few notices. The water shut offs during the day are often, but rarely are notices posted of a shut off unless it is going to be for all day shut off . However, lack of notice regarding the hours long morning shut offs leave the tenant having to eat stale potato chips for breakfast when he cannot pour water for oatmeal or rice or coffee. I moved in around two months ago as a result of relocating to Michigan for work purposes. I have to say that so far I have been lied to by the staff on multiple occasions in regards to hidden fees and payments. First, as soon as signed the contract and left Detroit for the final move in date they called and said that they have to increase the required deposit even though they did not mention more

Circle Drive Commons

The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept for the most part. However, the management is slow to respond to maintenance calls, frequently requiring multiple calls and/or a visit to the office. Too frequency first calls are not even acknowledged. more

Cadillac Square Apartments

I lived here for two years and recently witnessed a shootout across the street which was allegedly gang related, the hallways smell of urine, depression, smoke, and disappointment which comes from the incompetent management. Also, there has been a recent bed bug infestation which the incompetent "security" stated earlier. Security is non-existent , more like women that cant press a more

First off let me state that when My boyfriend and I moved downtown and into Town Apartments we knew that they were in the middle of redoing the apartments and that they were going to be rough looking for awhile. We have only lived here since the beginning of May 2014. It's now the 7th of July 2014 and I'm horrified with the way things have been going this last week and a day... Here are more

The staff is friendly and I feel safe. Maintenance is speedy and has a fast turn around. The only thing I hope is that the pool will be open this summer. They should be getting started on this now since the weather is picking up. Other than that, the laundry facility is nice and I overall enjoyed my experience thus far. more

Riverfront Apartments

100 Riverfront Dr., Detroit, MI 48226

I have lived at Riverfront for nearly two years. The views are spectacular but the grounds and facilities are poorly managed. The pool closes for weeks at a time and the equipment in the health club (which you pay an extra 50 dollars for) has broken down equipment that is rarely fixed. If you like to workout at popular times, be prepared to wait a few hours for one of the three elliptical more
