Pros: The grounds a beautiful Yvonne and Scott are super helpful Updated washers and dryers New windows Allowance of larger breed dogs Safe Near restaurants, waterfront, and bars Cons: Sometimes the strip of bars/restaurants can be noisy Rent is a little on the high end The machines to load money to washer and dryer cards aren't the most convenient A note to the person who posted a picture more

Woodbridge Estates

Worst year and two months. The staff in the leasing office is rude and are not people friendly with the exception of 1 lady. I've called corporate on more than 1 occasion. I made a complaint against my neighbor and it seem as though they did not care. I called plenty of times about the rodents i've seen outside and they were supposed to come put traps down but never did. I witness more

Including problems of constant water shut off and few notices. The water shut offs during the day are often, but rarely are notices posted of a shut off unless it is going to be for all day shut off . However, lack of notice regarding the hours long morning shut offs leave the tenant having to eat stale potato chips for breakfast when he cannot pour water for oatmeal or rice or coffee. A certain more

Renaissance City Apartments

555 Brush Street, Detroit, MI 48226

I lived in Renaissance City apartments from 2010-2014. The first three years was very good . Then Village Green took over and everything turned upside down . I moved out a year ago and still did not receive my security deposit. I spoke to the management multiple times and each time they apologized and promised to send it immediately. Nothing happened. If you are planning to move in here say good more

Studio One Apartments

4501 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201

I believe that all the 5 star reviews are being written by management. I have lived here for 2.5 years. My first 1.5 years were great but then things started going downhill. I stayed here because the apartment waitlist in Midtown are pretty long. Pros: 1. The location is great! Its close to downtown, the highway, and the hospitals. 2. Maintenance is prompt. I had emergency in the middle of the more

The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept for the most part. However, the management is slow to respond to maintenance calls, frequently requiring multiple calls and/or a visit to the office. Too frequency first calls are not even acknowledged. more

Cadillac Square Apartments

I lived here for two years and recently witnessed a shootout across the street which was allegedly gang related, the hallways smell of urine, depression, smoke, and disappointment which comes from the incompetent management. Also, there has been a recent bed bug infestation which the incompetent "security" stated earlier. Security is non-existent , more like women that cant press a more

Im happy to say that I've had a good experience at the Towers. In my opinion the mangement working here now is the best we've had since I moved in. I have lived here for 9 years and the man who owns this place now is changing a lot of things for the better. The last folks were a bunch of swindlers. Believe it or not the clientel of our resident base has changed for the better too. more

Town Apartments and Suites

First off let me state that when My boyfriend and I moved downtown and into Town Apartments we knew that they were in the middle of redoing the apartments and that they were going to be rough looking for awhile. We have only lived here since the beginning of May 2014. It's now the 7th of July 2014 and I'm horrified with the way things have been going this last week and a day... Here are more

Riverfront Apartments

I have lived here for over 7 years. Although the views are beautiful, its conveniently close to downtown, and safety has never been much of a concern, my experience as a resident has become very dissatisfying. First, the management team and staff should most definitely be replaced from top to bottom. As I don't deal with them on a regular because I truly can't put up with their more
