-I lived with 3 other women, when it came to about 6 months in, they would openly speak how they wished I would kill myself so they wouldn't have to deal with me. Management would not let me move despite these threats.
-Our apartment always spelled like pot. Heck, the whole place smelt like pot. Nothing ever done about it.
-One roommate had her best guy friend live with us, for free, for 6 months. Management did not attempt to fix the situation.
-One apartment in the building was known for stealing great amounts of goods from other units. Also known for have more people then allowed live in their space. We had all of our electronics stolen. The whole apartment got convicted, but never evicted because on woman in management had is 'sweet' for them.
-I have tried, along with countless other students, to stop Kendall association with this overpriced piece of crap. But nothing comes of it.
-On of my roommates was a complete alcoholic, and got into a terrible car accident. She just decided to walk home, and put all the car parts she could carry, into the shower.
-A fire alarm almost every week at about 2am would go off. Got to the point where firemen just wouldn't show up anymore.
This was just a few things of my personal experience, but, over all management breaks laws to do what they feel like, does not make this building safe, and is incredibly overpriced for this paper built building. If you live here, hope you LOVE hearing sex, all the time, from everyone. I am not the only one who hates this building with a passion. Just ask students at Kendall.
Now, if you want a nice place to live, that's cheaper, quieter, safer, and in walking distance to school - look up in heritage hill. I currently live in a building through heritage hill management, but there's plenty other really nice places. Just look.
