Overall my experience has been fairly positive. The staff in the front office are always nice and pretty efficient. When I have a problem, it's usually addressed the first time I mention it (with one exception). Something I'm not pleased with was that I felt tricked when I moved in. We were shown a very nice model apartment; I'm not referring to the furnishings or anything like that, just that the apartment was up-to-date and had certain amenities that sold me on living here. Then, when we moved into our actual apartment, we saw that things were more rundown. Our apartment is out of date and a little rundown. I think it's a little dishonest to show a beautiful apartment (and again, I don't mean the paint, furniture, etc., but rather the style and condition) and then not let tenants see the actual apartment until the day of move-in. It's intentional, I'm sure, because by that point, you've moved everything into the area and you don't have time or money to find a new place.
