I lived at mill creek for 2 years. Not a bad place to live if you don't mind not having maintenance done when you request it. This summer my apartment would not go below 76 degrees had maint. Request at least 6 times. Also had a gap between the door jamb and door, reseated maint at least a dozen times nothing was ever done about it. Every time it rained our entrance would flood not to mention the snow that came through in the winter. Be very careful if you do move in if you have any wear whatsoever in your carpet they will replace everything and charge you for it, about 1200 dollars. The carpet and pad they install is crap wears out real fast so tread lightly. Security is not the greatest I had my car broke into 3 times in two years. The apartment right next door is subsidized living and they cross through mill creeks property all the time. Other than that the walls are not that well insulated so you hear your neighbors all the time. But other than that enjoy. One other thing is they raise rent any chance they get!!!
