I have now lived here for 18 months and am in the process of purchasing my first home. I am happy to be breaking my lease. In just the last 2 months I have more problems than in the previous year. It's not hard for me to understand that older appliances have problems, but situations like food residue being redeposited onto my dishes and hard water damaging them as well should be resolved as well as the "run away" washing machine that can't stay level for more than one load. It seems that now our hot water heater has gone out. I don't live in a dream world so I don't expect perfection 100% of the time. I do however expect that when I am told that we will be back in one week to fix the water damage from the roof leak that it will be one week. This is the first time in 18 months that I have had a delay in repairs in my unit.

I still as I have from the begining feel that the property manager has a real problem with her job and should consider a new profession. She is very put off by the people that ensure her pay check gets cut and their budget stays up. I have spoken to several residents that feel the exact same way. If they get new management I will recommend this community all day long.
