I still ive in Ramblewood. I moved into a 2-bedroom "garden view" apartment. Had many problems with upstairs neighbor. Sent letters, called, even had a meeting with the Business Office Manager. They offered to move me, which at the time I did, but still charged me the $300 transfer fee. RambleWood has gone downhill ever since Aimco took over. Before Aimco, it was privately owned and the owner always made sure his tenants were happy. Maintenance is a joke at Ramblewood. They have rarely completed anything within the 24 hr time frame. I worked extensively with the Maint. Mgr. Only then, did things get done properly and within the timeframe. ItĀ“s unfortunate that Ramblewood charges what they do, but doesnĀ“t back it up anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone who doesnĀ“t want to have to fight to get things done.
