Ramblewood is a fine place to live, I actually quite enjoyed it during the 15 months I stayed there. The problem came when I moved out. I had heard from others that you MUST take pictures of everything and completely document the condition of your apartment at time of move out, because they often put bogus things down to keep them from giving you your security deposit back. I had helpers come in after I moved all of my things out. The apartment looked great! I took pictures of everything. Sure enough, they made up all sorts of "damage" done to the aparment and would not refund my security deposit but wanted several hundred dollars in addition. I disputed the charges in writing and showed them the pictures I took of each room. They referred me to the "book-keeper" who never did return any of my calls. She sure did refer me to a collection agency, which was fun to deal with. Ramblewood is shady. I would not recommend them to anyone! If you do stay there make sure you are present at the time they do the move out inspection, insist upon it regardless of how inconvenient of a time they chose. It may save you a lot of money and headache in the long run!
