I've lived at SouthWind for 2 years now and I have mixed feelings about the place. I agree management is rude at times and only concerned about is renting the empty apartments not current residents. However we have had some issues with money since moving in and they have worked with us as much as they can which I've appreicated. We lived in a very small apartment one bedroom and had very good experience except the apartment was way to small and they really were asking a lot of money for the space. We upgraded to a 2 bed townhome style apt and had a nightmare experience moving in. Basically apt wasn't ready at are move in date and no one commuincated this to us or the care takers. The situation was resolved but management didn't really make me feel they admited their mistake or have a sincere apology for inconvience this really caused us. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. We even got noise complaint on us one evening when we were sleeping it was the neighbors next to us that should have had the complaint and nothing was acknowledged by this mistake either. Our car was broken into while in the "secure" garage. The space in this new apt is wonderful and new washer dryers work nicely Its a nice place to live if you can handle the annoying noise of your neighbors.
