Como Student Community Cooperative

1024 27th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN, Minneapolis, MN 55414

I lived at the Cooperative for three years during graduate school - one year by myself and two years with another graduate student - and have always recommended it to other graduate students. The rent is low, especially if you are not living alone, and it's extremely close to the U of M Twin Cities campus (~ 2 mi). One of the city bus lines (3) runs right by CSCC and has two stops on more

Very pleasant with very few exceptions. We are part time and generally only here for the summer months. I tried to finish without writing a book and the program would not let me. I would suggest you find a fix to this as you are asking for our help more

Stone Arch Apartments

601 Main Street Southeast, Minneapolis, MN 55414

I lived here for about 9 months, sight unseen, as I moved here from the east coast. Everything was great, but the only thing that irked me was the price. Wasn't a big deal at first as I just wanted to settle somewhere and not have to worry about being in a bad area of town. However, once I started looking around and seeing other apartments offering more for less, I decided to look elsewhere. more

Third North Apartments

800 N. 3rd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401

12/15/14 by Verified Resident:
I have greatly enjoyed my time at 3rd North. The onsite maintenance staff keep the community spaces in impeccable condition. All other building staff are very friendly and accommodating. The building is generally very quiet, on occasion we can hear our upstairs neighbor moving about but it is not unbearable by any means. We have never heard our neighbors on either side of us. more

I have lived here since march and plan to stay as long as my rent does not increase. I love the location and the underground parking. The entire building is extremely pet friendly. The club room has an amazing view of minneapolis. I always feel safe. The staff goes out of their way to help with anything a resident needs--especially Andre. Casey is really awesome too. more

I've lived at Solhem for a few months. It's been great! The building is very simple, but elegant. It's extremely quiet, the tenants are friendly, and the management is easy to work with (also, they have free chocolate waiting for you if you come during office hours). The apartments are really nice. If you like huge windows with great sunlight, you're in luck! One of my more

We've been very satisfied with how personable the staff is, and their commitment to making Blue a great place to live. This community is a fantastic place for ourselves and our pets. We've felt welcome since the first day we moved in, and consider the staff some of the finest we've encountered. more

Inglewood Trails

3200 Inglewood Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55416

I have lived at Inglewood trails since 2009. I left for a year in 2013 only to return in 2014 because I missed the quiet and friendly atmosphere. The apartments are cozy and warm. Wonderful closet space and everything but electricity is included. Great access to the lakes and the greenway which can take you through the twin cities. If you like to bike, walk or run this is somewhere you definitely more

The Copham

607 Washington Ave North, Minneapolis, MN 55401

It is a great community; however, being in my younger 20s, I notice that the living expense, activities and restaurants around the area bring in an older population, making it difficult for me to meet people my age and similar points in life. more
