We were told we needed to give a 60 day notice prior to moving. We called 89 days prior to moving and were told to wait for a letter in the mail saying we either had to renew our lease or give our 60 day notice in writing. The letter never arrived in the mail. So on May 2nd(60 days prior to July 1st) my wife called to see why. We were told that it was too late. Since we didn't have the notice in writing on the 1st we would have to pay the entire month of July or face consequences. The lady on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate. She told us we would have to talk to their lawyers and that we were frustrating her. Beware. JM rentals will do anything to suck more money out of you.
